The old stables, with its vaulted ceiling, central column and sandstone walls, has been transformed into our dining room and restaurant.
The calm, serene surroundings make it perfect for a lazy breakfast or evening meal.
We have an a-la-carte menu of Polish, English and international dishes, and a special menu can be provided for group bookings by prior arrangement. We try to use as much local and organic produce as possible, and go to the local market nearly every day to buy our fresh fruit and vegetables.
We have some vegetarian dishes on our menu and we can cater for vegan and gluten-free diets if you inform us of your requirements in advance. In case of allergies the ingredients of all dishes are listed in a chart at the back of our menus.
Our restaurant is open from 1pm until 10pm Monday to Friday, and 12pm until 10pm on Saturday and Sunday
Here are some suggestions for three-course meals from our a-la-carte menu:
Grilled courgettes with goats cheese
Traditional British fish & chips
Cod or Halibut in a beer batter coating with hand cut chunky chips lightly seasoned with sea salt, served with homemade tartar sauce and lemon wedges
Beetroot flavoured ice cream served with cream 5zł
(probably for adult taste buds only!)
Borsch (red beetroot soup) with meat or cheese mini perogi
Polish Goulash with traditional potato pancakes in a rich gravy sauce with paprika
Apple strudel with vanilla ice cream
Deep fried king prawns in batter
Chicken breast stuffed with goats cheese and sun dried tomatoes
Pancake with raisins & vanilla cheese filling, served maple syrup
Summer salad with watermelon, rocket and feta cheese
(other salads are available at different times of year)
Steak pie- braised beef in a rich red wine gravy covered with a crusty pastry topping
Banana or Apple Fritters served with vanilla Ice cream and hot chocolate sauce
The average price of one of the above three-course meals is around 60 PLN (14 Euro)
We do update and make seasonal changes to our menu so some of the options listed may not always be available.
